It is with much sadness and regret that Stir Crazy have to announce the departure of our much loved drummer Alsy from the band.
A recently acquired injury to his knee sustained at our last gig has highlighted a previously unknown underlying condition which has forced him very sadly to have to retire from playing the drums upon medical advice.
Alsy will always be a 'Crazy Gang' member in his absence by proxy.
His superb drumming and his inane sense of humour and fun will always be in our hearts and memories.
Stir Crazy were very blessed to have such a talented drummer and an all round fun guy in the fold.

We are now equally blessed to have found and to have on board our newest addition to the band

Graham Cowling. 
We really couldn't have asked for a better replacement for Alsy.
He fits in perfectly with his superb technical ability and his all round nice guy character.

The small set back of having to go back into rehearsals with a new drummer means gigs are on hold for a while but with Grahams ability and enthusiasm it's not going to be too long before Stir Crazy are back on the road.
